Qualities You Should Posses
To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following qualities:
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
- at least 2 years experience as a UI Designer
- Excellent UI design portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player and respect of company policies
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Your Responsibilities
You shall mainly be responsible for the following:
- Planning and implementing new designs
- Optimizing existing user interface designs
- Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Developing technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Creating prototypes for new product ideas
- Testing new ideas before implementation
- Conducting user research design to help businesses solve their problems
